# View Column Data in Studio

Studio allows you to view quickly a sample of column data in a side panel.

Follow these steps to view column data:

1. Navigate to **Column** tab.

If you have several datasets on your project, please select the dataset containing a column you wish to view.

2. Hover over a column, then click **⋮ More Options** > **View Data**.

A panel containing a portion of your column's data will display. At the bottom of this panel, you can click **Go to table** to open a window containing your [entire dataset table](https://docs.foursquare.com/analytics-products/docs/data-view-data).
